A technique worth
the wait
Lao Xi Noodle House was born from a simple conviction: that a bowl of noodles should taste like someone cared about every step. From the kneading of the dough to the final ladle of broth, nothing is rushed.
Our noodles are pulled by hand each morning — stretched, folded, and twisted until they reach the exact texture we're looking for. Some prefer them thin and silken; others ask for thick and chewy. We make both, and we don't cut corners to serve them faster.
Located on South Baldwin Avenue in Arcadia, we've become a neighborhood staple for people who want a meal that feels honest — no pretense, just good food done the right way.
